Catt County SPCA Looking for $6 Million in Donations for Crucial Renovations

The Cattaraugus County SPCA is looking to raise $6 million in funds for critical renovations in order to stay open.

The shelter is the largest nonprofit animal shelter in the Southern Tier and due to the age of the building they’re currently only able to use 27 out of the 50 kennels due to safety hazards for the animals.
