A Bradford man was in McKean County Court on Thursday on two separate cases.
37-year-old Adam Priest rejected the plea deal in which he allegedly strangled his parents in February with that case being listed for trial.
He accepted a plea deal for another case, pleading guilty to calling 911 and tying up the operators even after officers had responded.
His motion to modify bail was also rejected after the commonwealth pointed to the escalating nature of his crimes.
