A Belmont man faces weapons charges after his arrest on Saturday.
According to New York State Police, 60-year-old Edward Moseley faces weapons charges for possessing an ammunition feeding device, which is a class D felony, and for criminal possession of a loaded weapon outside of a home or business, which is a class C. Moseley additionally faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a weapon and of possession of a controlled substance.
Moseley was taken to Central Arraignment. His further status has not been reported.
