A Napoli man was arrested after a fight in the Little Valley Crosby’s on Wednesday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department charged 54-year-old Richard W. Case with assault and Criminal Mischief.
The charges stem from an alleged fight where Case had allegedly damaged the victim’s vehicle, then proceeded to punch the victim in the head.
Case is due back in court in October.
