Salamanca Man Charged with Felony in Domestic Incident

A Salamanca man was charged with a felony after an domestic incident reported last Thursday.

Salamanca Police charged 28-year-old Rashawn Gillispie with felony Criminal Mischief and Assault.

Gillipsie was processed and held for arraignment
