A Kane man was sentenced in McKean County Court Thursday for a 2022 drug delivery that resulted in death.
38-year-old Michael Cunningham was sentenced to 77 to 160 months in state prison and an additional one year of supervision post-release.
Cunningham was recommended by the court to participate in drug treatment while incarcerated.
The judge also gave Cunningham a consecutive sentence for the crime of Criminal Use of a Communication Device.
