New Albion Woman Arrested on Allegany Warrant in Olean

A New Albion woman was arrested on a warrant after being found at a W State St business in Olean Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Bethany A. Phinney on an active bench warrant out of Allegany Town Court.

Phinney was was released on her own recognizance and is due back at Allegany Town Court at a later date.
