A Friendship man was arrested on felony charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Olean early Saturday morning.
New York State Police charged 31-year-old Zachary Michael Fisher with felony DWI with a previous conviction within 10 years and felony aggravated DWI.
Fisher was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
