Olean Man Charged with Family Offense in Clarksville

An Olean man was charged Friday evening in connection to a family offense reported in Clarksville on June 30.

New York State Police charged 52-year-old Richard L. Duell with attempted aggravated harassment.

Duell was held for central arraignment.
