A Bradford man was charged after a break-in at a Davis Street apartment early Sunday morning.
City of Bradford Police charged 42-year-old Justin Matthew Hallock with felony trespass and terroristic threats.
The charges stem from Hallock allegedly breaking into the apartment through the back door.
The resident’s dog allegedly confronted Hallock, who then beat the dog with an unknown object.
Hallock allegedly made threats to kill the resident and claimed the apartment was his and appeared to be heavily under the influence at the time of the incident.
Hallock managed to escape prior to police arrival, leaving A pair of green and white shoes.
Hours later, neighbors then witnessed Hallock on the front and back porches of the same address, attempting to gain entry into the apartment again.
Officers located Hallock on the back porch and he was arrested and later remanded to jail with bail set at $20,000.
