An Olean man was arrested Friday night in connection to an investigation of the sale of crack cocaine in Olean.
Olean Police arrested 33-year-old Dana N Magara on an active indictment warrant issued out of the Cattaraugus County Court for felony Sale of a Controlled Substance and felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration.
Magara was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
