The Port Allegany man convicted of the murder of a Port Allegany woman in February of 2025 was sentenced today in McKean County Court.
29-year-old Brian Kuchinka was sentenced to life in prison for the death of K-leigh Hill-Nelson.
At the sentencing hearing, family members of the victim and the District Attorney read statements about K-leigh and how her murder has impacted their lives as well as the life of K-leigh’s young son.
Kuchinka made no statements.
