A man is facing numerous charges, including trespassing, after being accused of entering a Kane home several times early Saturday morning. Court records indicate that Kane Police were called to a domestic incident at 314 Welch Avenue where 20 year-old Daniel Walton of Ludlow refused to leave the residence after being told he wasn’t allowed to be there, but fled out a backdoor when police arrived. Police were called out again about 45 minutes later for a home invasion at the same house, but Walton was gone when they arrived. They were then called to the same home again at 1:31am and captured Walton after he fled out the front door. Walton is facing numerous charges and is in the McKean County jail after failing to post bail.
