The man who prompted a “shelter in place” order in Limestone Sunday, and who was taken into custody that evening in Bradford, has waived extradition and is now in Cattaraugus County Jail.
42-year-old Brett Bunker had been in McKean County Jail since being arrested on East Main Street as a fugitive from justice Sunday night.
The shelter in place was issued late Sunday afternoon after Bunker was seen in the Paton Drive area of Limestone with a long gun.
He had been arrested twice in late November — once for arson; once for threatening another person.
