Charges have been filed against a man accused of endangering the welfare of children when he was stopped in Coudersport.
Police say 31-year-old Christian Wild III of Roulette had two children in his vehicle – ages 2 and 8 – when police stopped him at the Kwik Fill on Route 6 in Coudersport. They determined that he was under the influence of controlled substance. Also, the 2-year-old was not in a child safety seat.
He was taken to Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport for a blood draw.
Wild is now charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child.
