A charge against a Bradford woman accused of using her father’s debit card without permission has been bound to McKean County Court, but a drug charge has been withdrawn.
Court papers say 42-year-old Mary Ann Obermeyer-Winkie had the debit card so she could pay her father’s property taxes and to withdraw money to send out Christmas cards and gifts. Between December 19 and 29, the day her father died, she did more than $2,200 worth of transactions without permission.
The drug charge stemmed from an allegation that she had hydrocodone and Xanax that belonged to her father.
