The 2020 NFL draft begins tonight with a virtual event. Round one is tonight at 8 p.m. and the Cincinnati Bengals have the number one overall pick and are expected to select LSU Heisman Trophy wining quarterback Joe Burrow. Rounds two and three are Friday night at 7 p.m., and Saturday its rounds three thru seven, beginning at noon. All 32 NFL teams will operate from their General Manager’s homes and Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce the picks from his home in New York City. The draft was originally set to take place in Las Vegas, but the NFL shifted the plan due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Bills and Steelers do not have first round picks. The Bills sent theirs to the Vikings for wide receiver Stefon Diggs. And the Steelers traded their number one to the Dolphins for safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. The Steelers first pick will be in the second round and 49th overall. And, the Bills first pick in the draft will be the 54th overall, also in the second round.
