One of the Buffalo-area people accused of selling drugs in Bradford was in court on Wednesday.
Charges against 27-year-old Ronald Daniels III of Niagara Falls have been bound to court, and he remains in McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Court records say he and his two co-defendants brought crack cocaine and heroin to Bradford to sell, and were arrested after a sale to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force in a downtown parking lot in the early morningĀ hours of April 20.
Daniels, along with Buffalo residents Peter and Vokira Stallworth were found with 6.5 grams of heroin and 1.4 grams of crack cocaine.
The Stallworths had been scheduled to appear in Central Court today, but their hearings have been moved to May 18.
