The Baltimore Orioles nipped the NY Yankees Thursday night winning in 10 innings 1-0. Pedro Alvarez’s sacrifice fly won it for the Orioles. Masahiro Tanaka got a no decision allowing just two runners to reach second base. Tanaka allowed no runs, five hits and one walk in eight innings of work. Starlin Castro had two of the Yankees four hits in the loss. Baltimore took three of the four games in the series.
