Protesters demonstrated against the Northern Access Pipeline Saturday in Buffalo.
National Fuel’s proposed 100-mile natural gas pipeline would go from McKean County to Elma, NY.
Many of the protestors were concerned about the pipeline’s environmental impact. National Fuel says there are already has four
interstate pipelines crossing the Cattaraugus Creek and there have been no incidents.
The company also says construction of the pipeline is expected to create up to 1,200 jobs.
