A Salamanca man is facing numerous charges after an accident Saturday on Route 353 in the Town of Persia. Sheriff’s deputies say that 26 year-old Cheyenne Redeye lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway, rolled over and ejected a passenger. They then learned that Redeye was intoxicated and driving on a revoked license for a previous felony DWI conviction. He is also facing a charge of operating a vehicle without ignition interlock. Deputies did report that the passenger sustained unknown injuries, but didn’t offer further information on a condition.
