Three Hinsdale residents are facing drug charges after sheriff’s deputies discovered a meth lab at 3234 Route 417 in Allegany. Deputies charged 34 year-old Karl Ginnery and 24 year-old Courtney Ginnery with the unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of children. 20 year-old James Bowker is also facing an unlawful manufacture of meth charge, too. The investigation revealed that there were children living in the house where deputies found meth making supplies and by products. All three are being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail.
