A woman has waived her preliminary hearing on charges that she hid a man from police while he was wanted for aggravated assault.
32-year-old Crystal Moore of Port Allegany is accused of telling police more than once that she didn’t know where Christopher Link was but, after a couple of weeks police were checking out a lead and found them together at an apartment. Moore also allegedly told police, at one point, that she was with Link and would take him to the station, but she never showed up.
Moore and Link are still in McKean County Jail.
Link is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on the assault charge, as well as burglary and related offenses, on December 4.
