Two Kane residents have been sentenced in a bath salts case in McKean County Court. 30 year-old Roger Atkins gets nine to nearly two years in the McKean County jail and 56 year-old Jill Cleer received six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program and a year of probation. Cleer and Atkins both pleaded guilty earlier this summer to several charges in a case where $80,000 worth of bath salts were found in Cleer’s home in Kane. A third defendant in the case, James Perry of Kane, is scheduled for plea day Friday. Perry remains in the McKean County Jail on bail.
