A Bradford man was sent to jail for threatening to kill a woman and bury her in her backyard.
Trooper Brandon Anderson said in court papers that in the year he’s been with state police he’s investigated several domestic assault-related incidents involving James Felmlee, who turned 31 years old today. The latest was at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday when he was called to Stickney Lane in Corydon Township.
He says when he met the victim at The Willows Restaurant, she said and Felmlee were fighting when he told her he was going to get a gun and – quote – blow her head off, and bury her in the backyard.”
A second victim said that before he made those threats, he punched her in the face chest and head.
Felmlee is charged with terroristic threats and harassment, as well DUI because police determined he was driving a pickup truck while drinking.
