A Kane woman is charged with fraudulently taping the lines of credit of her ex-husband and getting $27,000 in cash. Court records say that 33 year-old Hillary Payne, while married to Jason Payne, forged his signature on two different loan advances at Hamlin bank in Kane. Police say that Payne was employed at the bank at the time and when her ex-husband filed for divorce he learned of the status of his lines of credit and that they had been compromised. Payne is facing felony forgery and theft by unlawful taking charges.
