An Austin man has been sentenced to 18 months to three years in state prison on charges of operating a meth lab and manufacturing a meth lab with a child present. 24 year-old Benjamin Simms and three other adults were at residence in Sinnemahoning where the meth lab was being operated.
Also, 26 year-old Darren Donovan of Emporium was sentenced in Cameron County to six to 12 months in jail on a drug charge. Donovan has eleven other cases pending in Cameron and McKean counties.
