Patty Morris, environmental service aide, received Bradford Regional Medical Center’s December Star Award.
She has worked at BRMC since 2007 and is the lead on the second shift and also serves as the go-to discharge housekeeper.
“She is detailed and follows all procedures to the letter. She works well under pressure and is capable of covering any area in the hospital. Patty is well known around the hospital as a friendly ‘get it done’ individual. She sets the standard as the complete housekeeper,” said Joe Eobstel, director, environmental services.
The Star Award is presented monthly to an employee who demonstrates outstanding performance and inspires the same in others. Employees are nominated by patients or coworkers for exceptional customer satisfaction, continuous performance improvement, teamwork, communication, ownership/accountability and excellence. Those nominated for the award are BRMC’s “shining stars.”
