A teacher found with drugs at Beaty-Warren Middle School is now facing a fourth set of drug charges.
44-year-old Matthew Kiser of Warren was charged after police got a tip that he may have controlled substances in his home. When police searched the home they found a spoon with white powder residue and scorch marks on it in a bathroom sink. A K-9 officer also alerted to the presence of narcotics in a bedroom. Police found multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia.
Kiser was first charge last spring after police found drugs in his backpack at the school. He then allegedly offered drugs to another patient in a rehab facility and then, after being arraigned on the second set of charges, he allegedly tried to take drugs into the Warren County Jail.
