The former Beatty Middle School teacher, accused of having a backpack full of drugs in school last year, a meth pipe in his school desk drawer and delivering methamphetamine to another person at a mental health unit, pleaded guilty Thursday to those and other charges in Warren County Court. 44 year-old Matthew Kiser of Warren will be sentenced at a later day. Kiser is facing up to 43 years in prison and a $250,000 fine and will be sentenced at a later date.
