A federal grand jury has indicted a Mayville man on a drug charge stemming from a burglary in January.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced the indictment against 44-year-old Harry Radke on a charge of possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of meth.
They say on January 27 the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office received information about a number of people living in apartments that were supposed to be empty because the building was being renovated. As they were investigating, deputies found Radke there, along with scales, hypodermic needles and meth.
If he’s convicted, Radke faces up to 40 years in prison.
This guy even looks dopey.
