The Shinglehouse man charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and methamphetamine and firearm related charges, was sentenced yesterday.
According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, 30 year old Steffan Sisson was sentenced to 9 years and 7 months to 19 years and 8 months of incarceration as well as 1 year of consecutive probation as well as additional terms. The sentencing stems from a 2021 drug bust at Sisson’s Shinglehouse home where officers found methamphetamine and fentanyl packaged for sale, and 5 firearms. They also found security cameras and a “bug-detecting” device which is used for detecting individuals who could be wearing a recording device.
Sisson was also charged by Potter County East Drug Task Force for three separate instances of possession with intent to deliver which were moved to McKean County. An additional case of possession with intent to deliver and driving under the influence as well as a case that was being handled by the Attorney General’s office where Sisson plead guilty to Insurance Fraud.
