No charges will be filed against the driver in a fatal pickup-pedestrian collision on Forman Street in September.
On September 14th, 84-year-old Jesse Meridith, who had reportedly been staying at the Holiday Inn Express, was struck by a pickup truck that had exited off of Route 219 and was driving past the hotel.
District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announced late Wednesday that an investigation by City of Bradford Police, City of Bradford Fire Department, Pennsylvania State Police, and other authorities found no criminal wrongdoing of the driver, and no charges will be filed.
