A Duke Center man convicted of Rape of a Child and other crimes last week has pled guilty to possessing child pornography in another case during a status conference held today at the McKean County Courthouse.
Sebastian VanCamp was charged with Possessing Child Pornography.
Vancamp pled guilty to Possessing 1,245 images and/or videos depicting child pornography of pre-pubescent children, many of those also depicting indecent contact.
Following Vancamp’s conviction last week of Rape of a Child under 13 and other sex crimes, he was ordered to undergo a sexually violent predator assessment which takes 90 days to complete. Sentencing in that case was set for March 14. In the child pornography case, Vancamp is also required to undergo the sexually violent predator assessment. Sentencing on that case will occur on the same day as his other case.
