Assistant U.S. Attorney Christian Trabold is calling for a denial of Shane Hvizdzak’s suppression motion.
In a federal case involving Shane and Sean Hvizdzak, charged in a 65-count indictment alleging a $30-plus million hedge fund scheme, Shane filed a motion to suppress his statements to law enforcement in June 2020 when the FBI raided his Bradford home.
In the motion, Shane alleged he wasn’t given his Miranda rights and didn’t know he could refuse to speak to law enforcement.
Trabold stated that Shane was not in custody when he voluntarily spoke with the FBI and argued that federal Judge W. Scott Hardy should deny Hvizdzak’s motion.
Seriously! Any one who is breathing knows you can refuse to talk to law enforcement. Not as smart as he thought he was….sounds like a DJT move
These scumbags have been dragging their feet for two years now. Time for some justice!!!
