It’s day two of the Fredrick Camejo murder trial.
The District Attorney mentioned in her opening statement that this was not a 2nd amendment case, but a case of Camejo’s actions. The defense agreed with both of those points but clarified that that jury needed to see “the full picture” and argued self-defense.
The first 5 witnesses for the prosecution spoke before noon: the city of Bradford Police officer who first arrived at the scene, three friends of the victim Edward Fomby, and the woman whose home Camejo’s bullet allegedly entered.
One of the jurors was excused and replaced with an alternate after said juror fell asleep during the testimony of the forensic photographer
