A Steamburg woman was arrested in Salamanca Thursday morning.
According to Salamanca police, 21-year-old Elsie Redeye was arrested on a felony bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Redeye was turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
