A Salamanca man was charged with multiple felonies in an incident with a firearm reported on Wednesday.
Salamanca Police charged 38-year-old Michael Osborne with felony criminal possession of a weapon, felony possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm in the city.
Osborne was released with an appearance ticket.
