HomeCare & Hospice recently established an agency fund at the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation to support the mission, programming and operations of HomeCare & Hospice and ensure the continuation and enhancement of compassionate care services across Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee and Wyoming counties.
HomeCare & Hospice, a trusted provider in the area since 1971, offers a wide range of care services focused on improving quality of life for patients and their families.
By collaborating with CRCF, HomeCare & Hospice aims to strengthen its financial foundation allowing for sustained delivery of essential services such as home care, hospice, palliative care and nursing home programs. This partnership not only secures the organization’s future, but it also reinforces its commitment to providing quality care to patients and families in the region.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation to strengthen our ability to support those in need of homecare and hospice services,” said Melissa Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer of HomeCare & Hospice Inc. and Total Senior Care. “This partnership enables us to tap into the Foundation’s expertise and reach, allowing us to further enrich the lives of those in our community.”
CRCF Executive Director Kirk Windus said that the Foundation shares that excitement about this new fund and financial partnership, also.
“This fund represents the shared commitment of CRCF and HomeCare & Hospice to the well-being of our community,” said CRCF Executive Director Kirk Windus. “We know that we serve an aging community and that it is essential to support and sustain the future of high-quality care services that touch the lives of so many families in our region.”
The HomeCare & Hospice Fund is the thirtieth agency endowment established at CRCF by nonprofit agencies in Cattaraugus County. CRCF currently manages over $4.8 million in agency endowments and funds for nonprofits in Cattaraugus County.
