A Rochester man was arrested in Carrollton Friday night for allegedly possessing a gun.
According to New York State police, 24-year-old Willie Tywan Felton-McCullough was charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon outside of one’s home or business, which is a class C felony. He was further charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, which are both misdemeanors.
Felton-McCullough is reportedly out on bond.
