A Nedrow man was arrested in Salamanca Sunday morning and faces a series of charges including aggravated DWI and fleeing police.
According to New York State police, 38-year-old Michael Thomas was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, as well as two charges of aggravated DWI with a child as a passenger, which are all felonies. Thomas was further charged with two misdemeanor charges of acting in a manner injurious to a child, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and reckless driving.
Thomas was taken to Central Arraignment. Further investigation is pending.
