Salamanca Man Charged with Felony Nuisance Wednesday

A Salamanca man was charged with a felony after an incident reported last Wednesday night.

Salamanca Police charged 57-year-old Jesse C. Bartlett with felony criminal nuisance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Bartlett was held pending arraignment.
