Three Olean residents were arrested on several charges after a traffic stop on N. 13th St early Monday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested the driver, 36-year-old Aaron M. Menter, and his passangers, 35-year-old Adam J. Sullivan and 19-year-old Tisha K. Hein.
Sullivan, Menter and Hein were all charged with felony possession of
a stimulant, felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and use of drug paraphernalia; Sullivan was additionally charged with not wearing a seatbelt; and Menter was additionally charged with Possession of a Weapon and several traffic violations.
All three were released on their own recognizance and are due in the City of Olean Court at a later date for further proceedings.
