A Cuba man was arrested in Genesee Thursday morning on child pornography charges.
According to New York State Police, 29-year-old Brandon TJ Mix was arrested and charged with both promoting, and possessing, an obscene sexual performance by a child, which are felonies. The charges stem from an incident initially reported on February 4th.
Mix was held pending arraignment.
