The Pensylvania Superior Court has affirmed the 2023 sentence of the Eldred man who was convicted of threatening to shoot a child.
Phillip Haun Jr. was charged in August of 2023 where he was found guilty of endangering the life of an autistic 9-year-old child who told his teachers, a caseworker and forensic investigator that Haun Jr. had pointed a gun at him, threatening to shoot him because he had broken his glasses.
Haun Jr. was sentenced in October 2023 to 27 to 72 months in state prison and now remains incarcerated due to the Superior court ruling.
