An Ellicottville man sentenced for a multi-state police chase appeared virtually in McKean County Court Thursday requesting to change council.
64-year-old Patrick Fuhr was convicted for felony Receiving Stolen Property, felony Fleeing Police, Resisting Arrest with use of a Deadly Weapon; 6 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person with a Deadly Weapon and numerous traffic citations and sentenced to 6 to 12 years in state prison.
Judge Pavlock granted Fuhr’s request to change council as long as his current attorney finds out if he wants to appeal, and if he does, to file the appeal before leaving as counsel.
