A standby generator was recently installed at The Bradford Central Fire Station, made possible with a grant from the Office of the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner.
According to the Bradford City Firefighters Facebook page, Pure Tech, LLC of Bradford donated their time and installed the generator at no cost, ensuring that their alert system will activate and the truck bay doors will open during a power outage.
Having the generator will help the department respond quickly when the power goes out.
