The City of Bradford Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the owner of a guinea pig that was found abandoned in a cardboard box on the Pitt Trail near the bridge behind South Center Street.
Anyone who may have seen something suspicious is asked to contact the City of Bradford Police Department at 814-887-4911.
