Olean Man Charged with Carrollton Theft

An Olean man was charged Monday for a theft from a building in Carrollton.

New York State Police charged 45-year-old Joseph P. Dempsey with petit larceny.

The charge stems from a theft reported on May 28.

Dempsey was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
