Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that the investigation of a massive drug trafficking operation in the region has resulted in seven arrests.
Each suspect is alleged to have played a part in distributing methamphetamine and fentanyl in and around McKean, Potter, Warren, Elk and Cameron counties.
31-year–old Benjamin Simms of Coudersport is allegedly a mid-level dealer who trafficked around 40 pounds of methamphetamine from New York with the six others allegedly being street-level dealers.
39-year-old Kyle P. Brown of Emporium, 61-year-old Marry Ann Stolburg of Ridgway, 38-year-old Justin Meyer of St. Marys, 20-year-old Beau Azzato of St. Marys, 64-year-old Richard Bauer of Johnsonburg and 35-year-old Josh Dalton of Ridgway are each charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy, and related offenses.
